Preconception coaching is tailored around the needs of the family I am working with. Preconception visits may include the following:

• Nutritional counseling

• Discussion of obstetrical and menstrual history

• Review of options for progesterone supplementation when indicated or needed

• Discussion, counseling, and resource sharing regarding options for prenatal care following conception
