Full Course Maternity Care - $5,500

Prenatal

I provide prenatal care starting at 8-12 weeks gestation at my clinic in Washington, Missouri. I additionally offer early 1st trimester care for families with a history of miscarriage or experiencing a threatened miscarriage, regardless of their planned location for birth. 

My standard prenatal visit schedule is as follows:

  • Monthly visits until 32 weeks of pregnancy

  • Bi-Weekly visits from 32 – 36 weeks of pregnancy

  • Home visit for 36 week visit so that we can discuss what you are envisioning for your birthing space and logistics

  • Weekly visits from 37 weeks of
    pregnancy until birth

Postpartum

I provide care for both mom and baby for 6 weeks postpartum. The 24hr and Day 4 postpartum visits are held in the home to optimize healing and bonding for mom and baby. I encourage families to select a pediatrician prenatally in case any concerns arise during the postpartum period and offer to fax your newborn’s records to their pediatrician following the 2 wk newborn visit for continuity of care. 

The schedule of postpartum visits is as follows:

  • 24-48 hr Home Visit

  • Day 4 Home Visit

  • 2 Week Clinic Visit

  • 4 Week Clinic Visit

  • 6 Week Final Clinic Visit

Labor & Birth

I am available on call for labor and birth 24/7 starting at 37 weeks, guiding families through the onset of labor and navigating when they are ready for their midwife to join them. I provide clinical care during labor and birth at home by observing vitals, listening to fetal heart tones, assessing for any signs of complication, and any additional clinical care that is needed to ensure the labor remains low risk. I join families in active labor, throughout birth, and through the immediate postpartum period.
